Do you provide shipping outside the US?

We are currently expanding our operation and will be providing delivery outside the US.

How long will it take for you to deliver my order?

The order delivery depends on your location; typically, shipments are processed within 1-2 business days if you are within the US. However, if you are outside the US, then delivery can take up to 15 days.

Which shipping carrier do you use for delivery?

We use major international and local carriers that ensure the order arrives at your doorstep in good quality.

Can I return my product?

At Galspro, we are focused on providing an excellent customer service experience. If you feel that there is something wrong with the product that we have delivered, we offer 30 days money back return policy kindly reach out, and we will assist you accordingly. Just email us, and we will guide you through the whole process if you want to return the product.

How do I apply the press-on nails?

Please refer to the instructions. We have listed down all the steps through which you can use and remove the press-on nails.

Can the press-on nails be reused?

They can be used at least 2 to 3 times depending on how you take care of them, but please note that the press-on nails are a temporary solution without long-term commitment, making them ideal for special occasions only. They are comfortable to wear, convenient, and provide a removal and long-lasting solution.

How can I track my order?

As we have mentioned above, the local delivery and international delivery times vary. However, if you want to track your delivery, kindly email us with your order number, and we will let you know.

What should I do if I have entered the wrong shipping address?

There is no need to worry because we are all about assisting your needs. Just reach out to us, and we will make the changes accordingly; however, this is only possible if the order has yet to be shipped. If the order has been shipped, there is little that we can do.

Can I cancel my order?

Is there something wrong with your order, or are you not satisfied with our product? You can cancel the order; however, this applies only if the order has yet to be shipped.

How long does it take for you to respond to us?

At Galspro, we respond to all queries within 24 to 48 hours; however, this is from Monday to Friday. If there is a holiday or if we encounter any issues, there might be a delay in our response.

Do you offer wholesale options?

We do not offer a wholesale facility at this time, but you can order press-on nails in any quantity you require, with no changes in price or any wholesale pricing.
