Processing
We are all about providing you with a timely delivery, as we know that you are excited to receive your product. Kindly note that standard shipping time within the US is between 5-7 days, given that there are no holidays or unforeseen delays beyond our control. If you have placed an international order, kindly note that it will take a minimum of 15 days and can take longer.
Tracking
You are able to track your order every step of the way. If you are unable to track your order, kindly email us as soon as possible, and we will assist you.
Delivery Problem
If you are experiencing a delay in your order, or if it shows that the order has been delivered but you have yet actually to receive it, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible. However, please double-check the shipping address provided.
If the shipping address entered is incorrect, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. We recommend that you place another order and double-check the shipping address to avoid any inconvenience.
If you would like to modify or change the shipping address, or if you have entered the address incorrectly, kindly email us, and we will assist you as soon as possible. However, please note that if the order has already been shipped, there is not much we can do.
If you have given us the correct shipping address and still have yet to receive the order, kindly contact the local post office responsible for delivering your Galspro package, and they will be able to assist you in recovering the package.
The Law
By using the Galspro website, you are adhering to the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the state of California. In the case of any dispute, the settlement will be done according to the rules and regulations outlined in the statutes.
ReturnsAt Galspro, we guarantee that the press-on nails you have ordered are of excellent quality, and you won't be disappointed with them. However, if there is a case where you want to return the press-on nails, we are ready to assist you at all times. You can return the press-on nails; however, we will only accept the delivery if the nails are new, unopened, and unused, and they are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Kindly note that you will have to bear and be responsible for the return shipping charges. Once we receive the unused press-on nails back, our team will verify if the item is undamaged and unused. If it is in perfect condition, we will do a full refund to your credit card.
However, if we find that the item has been opened and used, we apologize, but the product cannot be exchanged or refunded. If there is an issue and you would like to return your order, kindly contact us.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, kindly email us; however, we will only be able to cancel the order if the product has not already been shipped. In the case of a shipped product, there is not much we can do to assist you.
